GSuite is a productivity and collaboration tools developed by Google. The office applications made convenient via online. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Mail and other Google Products are helpful with our business.


Asana is a Project Management tracker that collaborate each team members to work with their projects. Projects, Tasks and dependencies are easily monitored with this tracker.


Slack is a collaboration tool that helps our team get communicated. We use this tool to separate the projects and contact clients easily if needed. We also use this to connect with Asana and GSuite for better collaboration.


TimeDoctor is the best time-tracking tool we have used. We used this tool to track the time of the employees and see how they are performing.


Zoom Video provides a remote conferencing services. This tool is used to communicate with the team via audio or video. Able to share screens during calls and record calls for documentation.


LastPass is a password manager that stores passwords of applications used. It is helpful for the team to share passwords without providing the actual password.


Jing is a FREE screen recording tool that can capture part of the screen as image or video for 5 minutes. It is helpful for the team to easily share current works that needs attention.


Snagit is also a screen recording tool that can capture screen as images or video. This has no limit on recording. Snagit screen captures can add annotations to provide explanation on captured screens.


Canva is an editing software that has easy drag and drop feature. It is helpful for creating featured image, logo and banners easily.
